Planning Board approves Red Wing Properties subdivision

misc · Meeting of February 6, 2026

NY LIVINGSTON — Planning Board approves Red Wing subdivision; continued hearings on cannabis greenhouse and vehicle-restoration projects. The Livingston Planning Board unanimously approved a two-parcel subdivision from Red Wing Properties at 1356 County Route 19, creating parcels from 19 acres for continued cattle operations by neighboring property owner Kayla Shea. The board also extended public hearings for two other applications: a cannabis greenhouse by Chansog Kim at 3461 State Route 9 Hudson (where community concerns about odor control prompted requests for independent expert review) and a vehicle-restoration facility expansion by Beckmann Land Company LLC at 492 State Route 82.

Both continuations are scheduled for February 4.
