Planning Board approves two-parcel subdivision on County Route 19

NY LIVINGSTON — Livingston Planning Board unanimously approves two-parcel subdivision on County Route 19 for livestock use. Planning Board Chair Robert Bellinger and the seven-member board unanimously approved the Red Wing Properties subdivision (PB-189), creating two parcels at 1356 County Route 19. The application was presented by Frank Doherty and allows neighbors Kayla Shea to continue raising cattle on 19 acres.
The application had County DOT approval for access. Two other public hearings were adjourned to February 4: Chansog Kim's cannabis greenhouse and Beckmann Land Company's auto-restoration facility expansion, with the latter proposing a 5,000-square-foot storage building and more than 50 percent expansion of the existing structure.
